Im Nick, the founder, and currently the only member of 140 Designs.
The name originated from my nickname, S1h4d0w (originally Shadow).

I have a set of pre-made templates, templates I designed and used before.
I also have some templates I haven't used before, which you can find in my Gallery.
If you want me to build a completely custom website, you can get the exclusive rights to the template for 4 euro's more.
This means I will not re-use the template for other websites, and there will be a notification in my gallery that the template is no longer available.
Notes: I only do HTML websites. My service only includes the design and development of the website, not the hosting and domain.
I could however give you some info on free hosting (freewebs.com) and a free domain name (freedomain.co.nr)
Avatars:
Not much to say about avatars, just the normal little picture.
If you request an avatar make sure you mention what text you want on it, and what kind of background you want. (image, abstract, etc)
An animated avatar will take a bit longer to make, because of the proces that is involved.
For animation I use pure hand work, making an animation out of a series of images. (for example, see the "Living the Imagination - 140 Designs banner in the top)
So the possibilities for an animated avatar are limited.
Signatures:
Not much to say about signatures either.
If you request a signature (sig) make sure you mention what text you want on it, and what kind of background you want. (image, abstract, etc)
